Our telephone recording solution – the STARecorder – is a combination of hardware and software. The hardware appliance (TelRecorder TR-101) is connecting to the telephone devise (landline phone, digital, VOIP etc) and transmits the audio signal of the conversation into the client PC through the Sound card.
The software application (ActiveX working in Window environments including HTML, Cpp, VB) records the sound from the sound cards and recording channel that was determined and save the recorded file onto the user computer (Client) or remote server (FTP/FTPS,SFTP).
The Application include the following features:
• Start Recording – automatically (By sound sensitivity) or manually – the manually includes "Push button" or command from the CRM working at the Client.
• Stop Recording – automatically or manually - Same as the Start Recording
• Survival process – to certify the recorded file will transmit to the destination folder even if there are network failures or disconnections. 
• Determine the following parameters:
  - File format (WAV, MP3, OGG,SPX) 
  - File name – can be determine by the CRM during the recording process
  - Station name and User name (Clients recognizers) 
     - File destination – Local, LAN or FTP 
• Alerts on recording quality
• Log event – option to send a log (XML, TXT) for each event including the following values:
- Event type, Station, File name, File destination, File volume, additional DATA from the CRM, etc.
• Indication on the recording and volume 

We already made integrations with some CRM software and we would like to develop integration also for Sales Force. 

The Idea is that the user will install the ActiveX application on his PC (Client) and the application will integrate with the CRM working at the client regarding the characterize the recorder file with the CRM parameters (Customer name, Phone Number, Status etc.) The user will be able to determine the recording mode (Auto/Manual), the structure of the file name – base on the parameters from the CRM, destination root (Local or remote server) and many more options.

Finally, we are looking for an experience integrator, to make API to Sales Force CRM
