It was great working with Dave.

Acuedo is a new IT company specialising in Enterprise Java. We are putting together a number of test to assess the skills of developers before they join our project teams. We are looking for developers or technical writers to assist us in building a database of questions. The tests will use a random selection of questions so a fairly large pool of questions is required.

It must be possible to grade all questions programmatically therefore each question must be in one of the following formats:
1.Multiple choice with a single choice correct answer.
2.Multiple choice with a correct answer consisting of multiple choices.
3.missing words / fill in the blanks
4.true or false

All questions must include an explanation detailing why the correct answer is correct and the other options are not.

Question should be related to one of the following subjects:
1.Java (J2SE version 6)
2.UML
3.JSP
4.JSTL
5.Servlets
6.HTML
7.JavaScript
8.CSS
9.Struts 2
10.Spring
11.Hibernate
12.JUnit
13.JMock

Questions should also be ranked for difficulty on a scale of 1 (easy) to 5 (hard). we understand that this is a bit subjective and we will validate the ranks. The reason to ask bidders to rank the questions is to ensure we get a good range of questions.

Bidders may bid for as many or as few questions as they would like.

Bidders should include in their bid details of how many questions of each category and difficulty they will provide with a maximum of 25 for any category / difficultly combination. For example a bid should not be for any more than 25 questions on HTML with a difficulty of 1.

Questions should be delivered in MS Word format and may include diagrams, images and code snippets.
