I was mostly pleased with the way these projects went. I would like, on the next project, to work on communication between testers and developers. I'd like to see more use of IM and more collaborative problem-solving. I'll try to be more involved myself next time. OBS Group clearly has some excellent people and I am happy to work with all of them.
