A large corporation looking to outsource development of an IT communication environment which translates messages from one communication mode to another of a separate kind. Modes of communications required to be supported are Email, IM, voicemail, SMS, facsimile and video and audio conferencing. System should take into account preferred mode of applications in use by its 1000+ users and stick to it as much possible. Such applications currently encompass a wide variety, some of which include Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Gtalk, Live messenger and Skype. Moreover the final solution should not solely rely on commercial unified communications applications (if indeed chosen) but should extend its built in features. The company is open to any technology at the moment.
