A women's fitness & party company is growing quickly and needs a Rock Star Assistant to join the team.    

We need:

• Salesforce experience-someone who is able to go through the setup process with the owner and also work within it.
• Light customer response via email or by phone.
• Interaction with 3rd party applications like Salesforce Representatives and other company representatives.
• Able to dedicate one hour on Monday Late Morning for a conference call via Skype or Windows IM. This is our regroup meeting.
• MS Office 2007 Proficiency, especially mail merge functions and MS Outlook 2007
• Mass Email Marketing using Constant Contact
• Scheduling using Google calendars and create registration pages within current online registrations system.
• Experience in SEO, SEM, and SMM. 
• Link Building

• Someone who can handle multiple projects
• Someone who is able to dedicate up to 5 hours per week (please be realistic of your availability)
• Able to work independently, solve problems, and manage others (via Odesk)
