Busy person with many things on my mind but do not have time nor energy to do them all, so I am looking for a virtual assistant to working with me on an ad hoc tasks.

Duration: no end, should have a stream of tasks on ongoing basis

Required skills:
- general office skills (including emailing, general writing, proficiency in MS Office applications)
- excellent web research skills
- tenacity to get things done (not just burn time with no results)
- ability to figure things on his/her own but no shy to ask for instructions to facilitate completion of tasks
- need good English for communication as well as phone calls are required from time to time to do research
- tactful conversationist (as may need to extract information by calling people in U.S. or other English-speaking countries)
- costs must be reasonable
- also please let me know if how do you handle and charge for outbound/inbound phone calls on my behalf
- Please let me know if you are working with others and in case of emergency if you team member(s) can cover you.  

Please send me your proposal and normally how do you work with your clients and include a few case studies/jobs that you've done for current/past clients with outcome of the job and ultimate costs charged.
