Looking for someone to redesign our site builder website and application.

We would like to convert this reseller site into it's own independent self sustaining web application. The front end must allow the user to create a standards compliant website with the same interactive functionalities and flash components as the current builder. 

There must also be links to a payment gateway and SSO server integration.
