I need someone who is focus and ready to work, I have projects that need to be completed. I need someone who can work fast, finish assignment quickly and give realistic deadline. Must be proficient in PHP, Web development and web design.

Must be able to create a video media libary and able to post comments to the video. I need someone who can create banner text and media banners. 

I am willing to hire someone fulltime if they can prove themselves with the work load that isgiven.
