This is very detail job, I need a flash site that needs to be made from scratch with a very creative mind with a lot of flash experience. Needs to look very hi-tech and professional. This is for a high end clothing line. The flash needs to have a bank vault image with a combination lock that make clicking sounds as it open up the bank door. The Combination lock must have the word BULLION. Then it must open up and have images in it such a certificates and stack of gold bars with in the vault . INSIDE the Vault will have a catalog page of the clothes.

This individual needs to be very detail with the creating the design.
