I have three specific web assignments for two websites that I need services for.  I need serious bidders as I have not had good experiences in the past.  Please make sure you are up to the task before you bid for this work.  Time is of essence to me here so I am looking at a timeframe of not more than three weeks to get work completed.  Make sure you understand requirements.

Like I have already mentioned, this work involves two websites and they are three major tasks.

For the first website which is currently static, I need to have it re-done and made dynamic.  I am NOT seeking to change any existing design.  I am just seeking to make the whole site dynamic.  The site has the following areas:

Home
Company
Services
News
Portfolio
Customers
Support

Basically, I need a content management system to able to edit data in the different areas of the site.  Hence I will need an administration area.  For the customer's tab, I need it protected with a username and password as this will be the place for my customers to track our work progress.

The second site however has two tasks;

The first task requires just a section of the site which is currently static to be converted dynamic.  Specifically, it is the press room section.  This section has three sub areas; News, Announcements and Events.  Each has a listing of appropriate content and then a link to view content.  The announcement section also has sub section; jobs which has listing of jobs and link to view the job.  This task requires an administration area where content will be managed.  The ability to add, delete and edit content is highly required.

The second task requires the development of a survey generator application.  This application will be used by my client for the second site to create surveys as needed.  They also need the ability to generate reports from survey responses.   The ability to view results in real-time is highly required.  Also my client requires the following:

Ability to present survey responses in live graphs and charts as in this example;  http://scripts.surveymonkey.com/sr_example2.htm
Ability to dig down to individual responses
Powerful filtering and cross tabulation that allows the user to display only responses they are interested in.

I have tried as best as I can to describe my needs as I have not been to impressed with some of the people I have worked with.  Please only bid in this work if you can get it done.
