We are looking for a technical web developer who can create and provide us with numerous proxy servers in specific states throughtout the US. The expert must be able to add numerous (up to 100 per server) HTTP Exclusive Private IP's for each server and will be responsible for maintaining all our servers. 
 
He needs to be responsive, in  constant communications and  should be online most of the time. 
Can follow given instructions. 
Stay up on technical concepts.
