About Us
Carina LLC is a holding company, through which we design, develop and sell startups. This is for an online consumer service that we hope to launch by January 2010.

Project Overview
We are seeking an accomplished web designer to support our startup with logo and site design responsibilities on a part time basis. This is a chance to support a startup by helping take the vision of the UI experience and make it a reality.

You will be hired to develop the logo, stylesheet and overall design for the startup. This will also include approximately 10 pages related to the functionality of the site in support of our Alpha launch (September 2009).

Requirements
Applications must have worked at least 100 billed hours on oDesk since January 2009, and have an average Feedback score of 4.5. Ideally, your portfolio is also available; if not, please attach a link with brief descriptions of the work therein.

Verifiable graphic and web design skills must include HTML, CSS, and Adobe Photoshop. Because you will be paired with our technical resources, familiarity with databases and website development is critical. Strong command of written and spoken English is critical. Availability to discuss design plans over the phone or online is important, for which we do expect you to bill your time to us.
