Skill, this company is very skillful. They have the knowledge needed to complete the project. I've used this company before and received great results from them.Quality, I gave very detailed specifications, excel spreadsheet and drawings of what needs to get done, but they didn't seen to looked at all of it. So, the deliverables were never correct and complete.Availability, I've waited a week for their developer to start on the task. When he started, he didn't look at all the specifications. I've done a lot of waiting with this company, and I've decide to hire another developer from oDesk.Deadlines, Very little work got done each week. I've contracted them to work fulltime but only got less than 10 hours every week.Communications, communication was great, I was able to talk to the manager anytime, but I think she over extended the company with too many projects which resulted my task not getting done.Cooperation, 4 stars because, tasks were marked done but not really completed. It's hard to trust a company that marks things done, but half the work was done.I've given this company so many chances, and waiting 4 weeks for them to perform, but it just didn't happen. I've used this company before and received great results, but I think they over extended themselves with to many projects.
This team completed the job successfully and accordingly to the specifications. Skills 5 stars: The Company has members that are knowledgeable with Php, JQuery, CSS and MySql. So, their ability to get the job done was reflective upon team’s skill set. I wished their members had extensive SVN experience, but this skill was not required for this job.Quality 5 stars: The final product was excellent! However, some of the iterations were buggy on different browsers. Some features didn’t work for internet explorer (eventually fixed). It was not w3c compliant (eventually corrected). So, the project went for another week fixing these issues.Availability 5 stars: They were easy to contact. I was able to talk to the manager and developers. They understood the task. They worked nearly 8 hours a day until completion.Deadlines 5 stars: Development went for an extra week to fix browser compatibility and W3C issues, but they finished before July which was the real deadline.Communication 5: They were available, willing to learn and satisfy their clients. They are the best group I’ve ever worked with. I will work with them again in the near future.Cooperation 5: Great cooperation!
