I have a database of information used to create Utilitie bills (MS Access)
I want to have a PDF of each bill sent to the corresponding e-mail address.
I also want to have a representation of the same bill on the website that the customer can view and print.
I would assume that the customer would get emailed a notice, along with a link, they would be required to enter a username and PW to go to the bill.
I do not have to have both done right away but should do the first one (email PDF) and want to know the issues with doing the 2nd.
I would prefer to be able to make design changes to the bill myself quickly, i.e. adding fields or text messages.
