Seeking an experienced, expert level Wordpress solution provider to help us with an existing Wordpress blog. We need help with creating/customizing a photo gallery plugin which will work nearly identically to the one shown here: http://www.oldpoliceheadquarters.com/history/design but with our own specific design specifications.

We will also need some very basic HTML/CSS work to fix a background image.

Below are the requirements for the gallery:

Integration requirements:

Should work with the WordPress media library - user should be able to upload photos

just as if they were not using the gallery plugin you will develop

If a blog post contains a photo gallery, the first image in the gallery should be

visible as a preview of the post. For instance, if the user is on the home page,
and the first post uses a photo gallery, the preview of that post will display the
first full-sized image

Final solution may not be Flash-based, must be a combination of Javascript / HTML / PHP

Functional Requirements:

Should function very similarly to the gallery seen here:

http://stage.urbaninfluence.com/#/work/projects/arctic-club-hotel. Clicking a previous/next
arrow should cause the thumbnail panel to animate left or right. A good JQuery implementation
of this can be found here: http://sorgalla.com/jcarousel/.

Clicking on new images should show a quick loading image while the photo loads. For the

time being, please use just a blank white image that says "loading"

Should be able to accommodate unlimited number of photos
If less than 6 photos are available for a post, the arrows on the left and right will not

be visible.

if an image is portrait-oriented (the image height is greater than image width), the full sized

image should be vertically and horizontally aligned above the photo thumbnails

The active photo displayed in the gallery will show its corresponding thumbnail as selected.

Selected thumbnails should have a 2px border around the outside edge of the thumbnail. This
color should be controlled by CSS.
