Looking for someone to do a test project with and hoping to build a long term relationship with a designer/webmaster for consistent work. For this project, we are looking for a killer header graphic and light styling of the other elements, sidebars, etc. If this project goes well, we have multiple design and webmaster projects in the works. The site is for a real estate investors membership site.
