I own small 5-10 people IT firm. We try to offer good range services: webdesign, asterisk, zimbra, open source software customization. Also got two clients for whome we do on-site techsupport.
I struggled with number of tools - JIRA - we used to use it heavily, but didn't like the price, and inability to assigh task to a group. Also we need good CRM integration with issue tracker - vTiger seemed perfect, but was slow on our VPS and mail scanner didn't work reliably.
What I decided to look for here - an example of best practices used by your teams. Would be great to see performance measurement for my tech guys - so'll pay them based on how well they deal with issues and tasks.
System must be very handy to enter both simple tasks (buy chalk for whiteboard in office), and for detailed techy job desc.
We'll also need simple setup & integration with asterisk and our call-in SIP DIDs. So clients who don't have access to web, can post issue via calling our Asterisk, select issue type via IVR and tell their problem. Than recording for it will be attached to issue tracker.
Declared budget may seem low, but I'm ready to pay monthly 100 usd for support and small enhancements.
P.S. - all involded apps should have decent russian interface translation
