I am looking for someone to run a blog about premature ejaculation: a sexual health problem for men. 

I need 1 350 word blog post per week on the topic - what its about, how to fix it, reviews of good products, ect.  

I also need you to promote the blog - get as many readers/followers/unique viewers as possible. Ideally as many backlinks and blog rolls and ideally targeted traffic. 

Compensation will be a fixed price per blog + fixed price per backlink/blogroll with bonuses for attaining high traffic targets.
