I am have some issues with extjs in a portal project. we have having issues with the behavior of the portal columns. 

I need a pro to help me with thsi, it is not immediately simple to know how to fix this as it is a custom portal but if you know extjs and are really really good at working in pure js then you will be good here.

We also need some help optimizing the portal for best practices of xhr use, some of our json use and other things might need to be improved based on what you find.

So our immediate issue is to fix the portal columns, then we have a couple of other odd bugs that we need to work out, then lastly some performace xhr work to make this portal super fast and responsive to users

Give me very specifc info about why to pick you, you should be very skilled in firebug using its ability to walk through the js stack and checking things based on break points etc..

Our server side is c# but i think you will agree we really just need front end js help here.

Our ideal help on this would be very skilled in our libraries of extjs and jquery, would know how to troubleshoot weird issues, and would be able to work till it gets done and not just 9-5 days. We would like to start asap and would like to also work over the weekend to fix this thing up nice.

I dont care the cost as i need my portal working
