Update current joomla site (v1.5x) to the latest Joomla version.  Make a temporary front page that simply auto-updates daily with content from other sources about the field of data forensics, and contains my wordpress blog about that content.  The site just needs to contain enough auto-updating content that it looks professional.  The site is tedpenner.com and must retain the current template.  What must change is the front page temporarily to contain this auto-updating content.  You take the lead with very little instruction and create a professional looking page.

This should be done by someone who speaks perfect native english and has a US phone number.  I need to be able to get in touch with you regularly for other changes.

The goal is to be able to call you regularly from my car, and have you off and running on my behalf.

I don't work with teams and you must be the person doing the work.
