I want to schedule one or two hours at-a-time over a long period to work on my Joomla website as a collaborative effort where I can see what you are doing and ask questions along the way.  I need a number I can call each time I need to schedule and go straight to work each time.  Subsequent sessions after the first session would be accomplished outside of oDesk.  

This would require regular availability by US phone to accomplish.  My calling you is not a problem but it would be nice if you could also call me at least via skype.  Skype forwards to my cell phone so it is not a problem for me to talk that way.  I cannot call you via Skype though and would need a US phone to which I can call on a regularly, and go instantly to work 'with' you on my site.

The site is currently at http://www.tedpenner.com and isn't very inviting to customers.  I need someone with both creative/artistic and technical skill.
