I am looking for someone to research and find real estate agents and brokers, e-mail them to find out if they work with real estate investors and would like to work with my existing real estate investor clients.

If they reply back that they do, I need you to enter in the full name, address, phone, fax, and e-mail address into our web based database.

You will be operating from a web based e-mail account that I set up sending the initial e-mail and then also replying from that e-mail account to their inquires.

Honestly, I am doing this as a test to see how effective it is. If it is effective, I will want someone full time.
