I need to convert a google spreadsheet and form to mysql on-line database.  it should be fully functional and mimic the interaction available at google.  I need to be able to monitor/administer the database, queries, forms, and reports from the web and without any paid proprietary software.  The mysql database will be hosted by tedpenner.com.  Once the data is imported.  I will need to spend 2 hours on the phone finalizing the parameters, and taking notes while you show me how to work with MYSQL for this single database.
