Victoria Ries sounded professional on the phone on initial conversation. She did not finished the project, she has very poor writing skills, and a large amount of mis-spelling, and horrid grammer. She completely stoped responding to e-mails, or any form of other contact. She did not complete the job at ALL and she one of the most messed up things is she required 50% upfront to start project. I would NOT suggest ANYONE to hire her as she caused a major delay in the development of my project, and she did not meet my deadline or her OWN deadline. Horrible communication to the point of NO communication/contact. She has no high speed internet connection so I had to physicaly mail the project(CD's) to her. Which was a WAIST OF MY MONEY since she did not finish the project and delayed the project for over three months. I eventualy had to hire someone else to finish the project. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO HIRE OR DO BUSINESS WITH HER UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO BURN YOUR MONEY AND GET NO RESULTS, NO COMMUNICATION, AND/OR A HORRIBLE PROJECT.I think that Odesk should have a better screening process to protect the businesses that hire providers!!!!!!!!
