DO NOT HIRE! Ripped me off. Only cares about getting money.
This provider agreed to do the job within 8 hours and help me to work the program after I stressed it's urgency, but asked for %50 up front which I paid after she agreed to my terms.
Immediately after that, she started telling me she needed more time, after 3 days she sent me a program that didn't work. It partially worked, but was useless to me.
So I asked her to finish the job, she told asked me to complete payment. She said her work was done.
Terrible experience.
