Requirements: 

- MUST be a ColdFusion EXPERT - Only true experts with experience and passion should apply. 

- MUST believe in good COMMUNICATION - We provide all our developers with clear, straight-forward specifications and make use of the Interface-Driven Architecture methodology to take the guess-work out of the development process.

 - MUST enjoy being TREATED really well - We LOVE the people we work with and treat everyone with the utmost courtesy and respect.

 - MUST be PUNCTUAL - Taking your work seriously means delivery as-promised - when-promised. 

 - MUST enjoy getting PAID - We are willing to pay between $5 and $15 per-hour ABOVE your current standard rate for the right candidate.
