I am currently looking for a partner/business associate to create and maintain a PTC(paid to click) website in the business. What I am offering is a payment of 75% commisions of everything sold on the website until the script developement is paid off. Once this development is paid off, the earnings will be 50/50 between the developing team and me. We will need to innovate, create scripts that will attract customers, and maintain this for the long run.  This is the basics of the scripts that are needed:

- Instant Payout
- Login Keyboard (for disability users)
- Detailed Statistics
   - User clicks (based on local time/server time)
   - Referral Clicks (split between direct/rented referrals)
   - Average clicks per referral per day
   - Where you received your direct referrals
   - Last referral clicks
   - Amount of clicks per referral
   - Amount of referrals per day
   - Country of referral
   - Autopay per day (will explain Autopay later)
   - Recycle value per day (will explain Recycle later)
- Rental Balance
   - A user can keep a "Rental Balance" in which they can use to rent referrals, recycle referrals, and pay for referrals for another month, or this amount gets automatically deducted through the use of Autopay.
- The ablility to rent referrals. Price per referral should be based on membership type. If autopay is not enabled, user should be warned if their referrals are about to expire.
- Autopay pays for referrals if and only if they click on that day. Autopay cost is based on membership. Autopay adds a day to the specific referral expire time so they may keep the referral who clicks an extra day. This feature should be able to be turned off.
- Recycle value is $0.05 per referral. A user may recycle as many referrals as they want. If a referral is inactive for 14 days, this user should automatically be replaced.
-  Two membership types
   - Standard Membership
      - Receives 50% of referral earnings
      - Referrals cost $0.30 each per month
      - Autopay costs $0.009 per referral per day that referral clicks
   - Premium Membership
      - Received 100% of referral earnings and 10% commisions
      - Referrals cost $0.20 each per month
      - Autopay costs $0.006 per referral per day that referral clicks
- Jackpot system
   - First jackpot has tickets that cost $1 and 5 winners. First prize is $20, second is $12, third is $8, fourth is $6, fifth is $4.
   - Second jackpot has tickets that cost $0.10 and 5 winners. First prize is $2, second is $1.20, third is $0.80, fourth is $0.60, fifth is $0.40.
   - Third jackpot has tickets that cost $2 and 5 winners. All five prizes are awarded 100 referrals paid for 1 month.
   - Minimum jackpot ticket purchase is $5.
   - Users may use their balance or jackpot tickets to play the jackpot.
- Forum should be integrated with the site login system so users don't have to register twice.
- Support ticket system where users can send a support ticket through the site.
- Advertising system
    - Users should be able to create advertisements which should be first accepted by admin/moderators
    - After advertisement is accepted, users should be able to purchase advertisements clicks to distribute to their advertisement(s).
    - There should be detailed statistics for advertisements so users know what is going on when they advertise.
- Anti-cheat system
    - There should be a great anti-cheat system so no user is able to user autoclickers or clicks the ads illegally. Neobux's system is an excellent example. When an advertisement is clicks, a red circle is randomely placed in the advertisement box and should be clicks to view the advertisement.

With all this completed, it is almost a guarantee that the earnings will be excellent. This is an excellent opportunity and I hope all of you will take it into consideration.
