Daily Real Estate News Submission via Wordpress

I have 8 Wordpress real estate blog sites that require at least one post a day. This job position is for 8 Wordpress posts a day (with weekend posts allowed to be scheduled out in advance).

For this job position, a post is an article (along with pictures, movies, and/or downloads related to the article’s subject) from a credible source that pertains to real estate (mostly residential, but some commercial and industrial works) within the respective city and website (Las Vegas real estate news being published on the Las Vegas site, of course).

The real estate websites that this job position covers is:
  • Las Vegas
  • Texas & 5 of its cities
  • Hawaii
To be qualified for this position, the following skills are required:

Native English Speaker – Although many (4-20+) articles will be sent to you on a daily basis, you will need to be able to wade through what’s available and choose the best article to present to the visitor. So reading comprehension and sound decision making is crucial.

Wordpress Proficiency – The publishing platform for all my websites is a Wordpress CMS. If you can navigate the dashboard, copy, paste, schedule posts, write tags, choose categories, and submit and publish… we’re in good company. This is very easy to teach so no worries, but still, knowing how to blog on Wordpress is preferred.


Here is a step-by-step example in posting articles for my blogs. 
This example will be for the Las Vegas site.

To qualify as a post, these requirements must be met at the end:
  • Be from a credible source (Newspaper, Professional Publication, Expert Opinion)
  • Be at least 200 words
  • Have at least 3 keyword tags
  • Be categorized properly
  • Include at least 1 subject related photo
  • Include a link to where the original article is located
Everyday through email, I receive Google Alerts for all the cities that I cover. So when posting for Las Vegas, I do my research for the right articles through these Google Alert emails:
  • Nevada real estate
  • Nevada properties
  • Nevada homes
  • Las Vegas real estate
  • Las Vegas properties
  • Las Vegas homes
