Your skills: Ability to help complete and file a demand for arbitration based on our issue as described below. The form we need your help with (as we understand it) is attached. Our issue: We hired an SEO firm to improve our website in early 2023. Instead of improving our website, they 'broke' it; our organic traffic dropped from ~5000 per month to ~300 per month; we have invested over $40,000 trying to fix this by hiring a forensic SEO specialist but have been able to make only incremental progress (up to ~850 at this point) due to the magnitude of the issues they caused. (See chart below - the original firm was hired in Feb 23, work started March 23). We hired a firm to try and fix this in October of 23, and they've been at it since). The relevant contract clause: Any disputes that arise between the parties with respect to this Agreement shall be submitted to binding arbitration under, and by a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with, the then current commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such arbitration shall be conducted in Albany, New York. The parties shall share equally the costs and expenses of any such arbitration; provided that the arbitrator shall have the authority to award costs and legal fees to the prevailing party if he or she deems appropriate. The final decision of any such arbitrator shall be enforceable in the courts of Albany, New York or any other state in which the Company resides or maintains a place of business.

We are looking for effective dispute settlement professional who can bring together very adversarial parties based on intersecting objectives. You must have unparalleled skills in making the other party see the benefits of settlement vs continuing legal action. We entered into a contract (a loan and a mortgage). They did some things we were disputing and objecting to at the time that impacted our business and we defaulted. The matter is in court now on an appeal level.
