Alex - Overall, the caliber of your work was good. However, we have raised the issue of slow performance on numerous occassions and in each case your response was that everything was on track. In fact, on more than one occassion, we asked for Daily Status reports - which you guys refused to complete. Unfortunately, we did not realize how slow the overall IEEVR developer performance was until we implemented Bugzilla. On the day preceeding our decision to cancel the IEEVR contract, we created 8 bugs in Bugzilla and stressed that we were meeting with the client on the following day and had the expectation that these bugs would be resolved or mostly resolved in time for our meetings. Needless to say, I was in shock to see that only 2 bugs were resolved in the 16 hours (2 programmers) worked the previous day. As a programmer myself, I know that these 2 issues could not have taken 16 man hours to resolve. In fact, I fixed 2 additional bugs myself in the 2 hours I had before my meeting; in an attempt to make sure that we showed some accomplishment - prior to the client meeting.Overall, we feel that you guys were stretching the hours beyond what was resonable for the amount of work being done. Based on the project specs (and including all the client changes) - the entire project should have lasted 3-4 months; however, we terminated you guys at the end of the 5th month and the project was still nowhere near completion. *Bear in mind, we were able to fix all remaining open bugs (plus 3 more) within 8 hours with 2 new programmers.Had you guys been able to successfully complete this project, we would have very likely had enough work to keep you guys busy for at least 60-70% of the year. *We have programmers who have been working steady with us for the past 7 years. We cannot in clear conscience give you a referral score any higher than we are giving you today. Best of luck to you in the future.
