Use of Excel spreadsheet for creation of graphs: 7 years of experience with this program. Currently graphing utility usage for a 316 bed hospital. This particular project entailed creating a master "feeder" sheet to enable staff to enter information regarding utility usage and cost based on invoices received from providers. The second phase of the project entailed creating a second workbook with sheets that automatically import specific data when entered in the master workbook. Once that was complete, separate sheets within the second workbook were created to graphically illustrate trends for each utility, automatically updating whenever anything was added to the original "master/feeder" sheet.

During my 7 years (and counting) at my current position I have created quarterly reports with graphic enhancements to illustrate the quarterly accomplishments/goals/cost savings of seven departments in our facility. This includes imported graphs, various tables, photographs, clip art, etc.This quarterly report has set the standard for similar reports in similar facilities throughout the region.
Freelance web-design for personal and commercial use. Created web sites from scratch using both raw HTML and Front Page. Manipulated images with Photoshop, created custom graphics and logos.
During this time, I was a part time student striving to complete ADN core courses (which I did). I did not apply to nursing school, however, because I discovered that I have an aversion to blood, tissue, and some body fluids.My GPA remained a 4.0 during this time.
