My objective is to focus on becoming successful in whatever I do. I understand and strive to the elements of working on my own personal level of success, allowing me to contribute that and more to the companies, projects and teams I provide for.Â
IÂ started my use of Microsoft office like most students who depended on its use for word processing and various other related tasks. Throughout the years I only deepened my knowledge of various microsoft applications by way of constant use and consistent research. That research alone enabled me to better understand the programs general concepts and possibilities.

My job role was to provide support to the general office by way of directing calls, data entry, various administrative tasks with general customer service functions.
The instructions I obtained at he start of the assignment provided a step by step outline for me to follow. I was able to view and carry on those directions. I was unable to deliver the instructions acceptable to the buyer for two reasons: I could not understand most of the items and there were conflicting details from the email attachment and the instructions during a Skype chat session. Once I was given the errors I have made, I remained on the assignment to work on it some more when it was determined that one of the key elements in those directions were incorrect. One of the reps of the buyer (not the boss) acknowledged to me that this was not correct and the changes will be sent to me.(" [1:55:36 PM] ristxxxxxxxxx: ok, I think I can see where you might have been confused, I'll make the change and then send it back to you") During that same time the head buyer stated that my work was "not acceptable" and I then explained the one inaccuracy on the instructions where most of the time went to disputing the issue. She cotinued on with ("you misread the instructions" @2:38pm and "I'm her boss"@2:38pm) The two contradictory statements show communication that was not shared on matters involving instruction change, no empathy or acknowledgement of errors from the head buyer and no regard at all for what one of the team members stated to me. I will always communicate, acknowledge what I need to change and be opened to all suggestions. I felt that the buyer needed to be more aware of what conversations the team was having pertaining to the flaws in the instructions that had me in the wrong direction.
