Recently I'm working on C#.net for one of my big project.
This job was initially intending to be a very quick, small job and at first we had issues with gaining the correct passwords from the client in regards to log in passwords and information for the hosting.The provider agreed that he would complete the work in a short time frame when all the scope and required files were set, yet it when everything was delivered he failed to communicate properly and kept telling us "He'll do it tomorrow" as we wanted to work on other peoples jobs.He showed no initiative - he could not be bothered to explore a different type of control panel to find the information he needed - merely complained and delayed production for a further 48hours.He then proceeded to email me for information supplied to him multiple times - in which he could have written down or saved for future reference.For a job that was initially meant to take 3 days it has now been over a month. We even understood the delay in getting the hosting information and paid him an amount even though no work had been delivered. He then failed to communicate properly again and respond to anything.While I wish Kumur all the best we will not use him again.
