Work Description:
Monitors agents on a regular basis to gather opportunities through the Quality monitoring form based on client specifics.
Attends Calibration Sessions held on a weekly basis to address audit/monitoring variance.
Provides immediate client feedback and generates QA Updates to enhance agent’s product knowledge.
Responsible in doing outbound calls given by inbound sales representative to close the sales to the highest level and to provide the best customer experience.
Answer extension calls to produce revenue, prevent return and provide customer experience
Work email box to respond to all of the email sent by the customer and take the necessary action to make sure that the customer is satisfy with the services provided by the company.
Manages the sales of the inbound sales representatives to make sure that their sales are not wasted (held, cancelled, stolen orders)
