Job Title: Team Leader in Lustre group at Sun Microsystems
Lustre (www.lustre.org) is a distributed cluster filesystem which runs on 7 of the top 10 supercomputers.
Responsibilities: I was the team leader for the disk backend group which worked on ext3, ext4, ZFS and e2fsprogs. The group had 5 members. I have contributed various features and code to the Linux kernel.

Designing and implementing features for the ext3 and ext4 filesystems.
Designing and implementing features for Lustre, a clustered filesystem which runs on 7 of the top 10 supercomputers.
I was the module owner for Lustre's e2fsprogs package and looked after releases and gate-keeping.
Adding features to ZFS(Zettabyte filesystem) as required for Lustre.
Most of this work is opensource and can be googled for.
