In my 5 years of  working in a call center industry and managed different accounts like sales and promotion,customer service,appointment setting and a lot more. I had able to surpass all the challenges I encounter each day. I become more assertive and pushing myself to strive hard to provide excellent service. I am determined to hit my goal and stay focus,positivity is the key in everything that I do. My experience in doing outbound calls for telco australia and US ,doing customer service with a satellte provider in the US ,appointment setting for BtoB campaign are one of my jobs that I excel a lot.

Currently I am doing home base jobs as well where I do research,data entry,data mining,appointment setting and sales. This is a great opportunity for me to use my skills and be good at it. Building trust to your clients and providng them a good service is a great challenge.

I wanted to impart my knowledge and skills. And see to it that I can be an asset of the company.Putting my best all the time and make sure I am doing my job very well is a great satisfaction for me.
