Functions included interfacing with the govt., preparation on investment proposal feasibility studies, obtaining funding from USAID long term strategic planning, market research, technical documentation advertising, preparation of sales/ promotional literatures, design and packaging, authored and presented product seminars and presentation overseas (Middle East and US)
Reported directly to the CEO and was a main part of the team that was responsible in the start-up, business planning, recruitment, administrative and budgetary functions of this new hospital project, setting it up from scratch to a profit center. While leaving, the company had four (500 bed) hospitals, with two more projects pending and a turnover of (USD.90 M), within a 4-year period. Other functional areas included: strategic planning, business development, personnel planning, preparation of bid proposal studies, feasibility reports, and co-coordinating joint ventures.
