-          Oversee  accounting department and general operations for international multiple entity group of companies

        -    Instituted new standard operating procedures to comply with GAAP and better business practices

        -     Relieved Business Manager and staff of sister car dealership of all accounting responsibilities on dealership software Reynolds + Reynolds; this included all payroll, A/P, A/R, General Ledger, Title work, Floor Plan reconciliations, Bank Reconciliation, Schedule Reconciliations, Budgets/Projections,  Month end adjustments, accruals, pre-paid expenses, and production of Financial Statements

        -     Installed and implemented new motorcycle dealership software, ADP Lightspeed, to replace previous Reynolds + Reynolds software

        -     Trained staff of 10 on new software in each specific area under their control

        -     Responsible for smooth transition during acquirement of five new product lines (Ducati, Aprilia, Vespa, Moto Guzzi, and Triumph)

        -     Work closely with President of the Corporate Holding Company, Pat Clark Enterprises, during acquisitions and mergers of other dealerships

        -     Assist General Manager as required with Co-op Advertising, Warranty issues, etc.

     -      Responsible for implementation, training and maintenance of all accounting systems for $12 million/annum food distribution company.  The last system installed in 2001 is custom software which uses an AS400 platform.

     -      Responsible for training and supervision of  all accounting staff in A/R, A/P, Inventory Control, Inventory Costing, Bank Reconciliations,  Payroll and Month End closures

     -         Responsible for all cash flow management and capital procurement

     -         Responsible for analysis and recommendations with regard to Fixed Asset purchases

     -     Liaison with Attorney regarding all corporate concerns (i.e.: filing for dba's for branches, formation of new corporations, contract disputes, customer bankruptcies/preferential payment defenses, etc.)

        -   Responsible for corporate finance department of numerous entities including: Dollar Loan Center, LLC.; Clark County Collections Services, LLC.; Dollar Loan Center - Utah, LLC.; Dollar Loan Center - South Dakota, LLC.; SV Holdings; MV Savoy; and DLC Holdings

     -      Responsible for all financial reporting, including Financial Statements, Cash Flow Analysis, monthly/quarterly profit sharing distribution, month-end and, year-end adjusting entries,  fixed asset accounting/ monthly depreciation schedules and preparation of personal property tax returns.

     -      Manage/oversee accounting staff in Las Vegas and controller in South Dakota and educate them in GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principals)

     -      Instituted systems to properly allocate corporate expenses and produce P&L statements by store (total of 24 stores)

     -        Create, prepare and monitor budgets for four of the above entities

     -       Co-operate with National Director of Operation to create and maintain company policies and operating systems with regard to accounting, operations, human resources and marketing

     -        Assist/train/oversee Human Resource manager as required

     -        Evaluate and make recommendations on new accounting/finance software

     -        Daily contact with owners to keep them abreast of all important issues
