The task was to look up addresses of other historical societies in the region using one specific website for each state, and then to enter this information into an Excel workbook, with one tab for each state in the region.

Jocelyn began work immediately, which is what we needed in this situation, and quickly turned around part of the assignment.

We both found out that she wasn't familiar with or didn't notice that the Excel workbook was made up of several sheets, each with a tab.  When that was pointed out, she continued on to the other sheets and worked to complete them.

She worked diligently and helped compile the information we needed, communicating as needed along the way.

I added a few hours to the project twice, but this was a function of us not realizing the size of the project.  As the mailing list grew in size, this had implications on our budget, especially the cost of postage, and we decided to scale back the project and stop the compilation.  Our decision to end this project was not based on Jocelyn's work or abilities, but rather what her work revealed, as the list grew much longer than we had estimated originally.
