  • Description: This is a test given to all students in the Wojtowicz McDonald's Basic Shift Management course before going to the Corporate BSM Training and testing.  This test came about after having taken the sample test three different times with two different versions.  The sample test had 48 of the 50 questions that were the same.  This test is more comprehensive and covers more aspects of the McDonald's Operation manual.
