Hi !! Good day!! I am experienced in the data entry and administrative related tasks over past 3 years. As a mechanical engineer, i am well versed in creating 3D and CAD drawings. I am here to prompt my experienced skills and knowledge’s. I am seeking projects to work with globe companies or individuals. My initial fascination is to give quality work before it meets deadline. As a freelancer on Odesk, I garnered excellent feedback from all buyers within short time frame. My experiences includes in following fields, 1. Data Entry works with 75+ wpm.2. Data extract from various website and organize databases. 3. Data format conversion like PDF to word, .csv to excel, etc.4. Email handling and sending bulk emails.5. Experiences in entering product details in various website like Ebay, Amazon, etc.I also have good experience in creating and editing videos for marketing purposes, seminars, Training, etc.
Jagan is a willing worker, and eventually the regular data entry task that he handled was done without errors and on time (3x a day, 9am, 12pm and 6pm PST), however, it took about a week before he was able to regularly follow the fairly simple directions I outlined, despite the fact that I also provided an example spreadsheet. Also, though he bid a low hourly rate, he quickly maxed out on the hours per week--upon which he came back and asked to raise the weekly hour limit. I agreed to raise it modestly. He then came back and said he could not do the job within the time alotted. I felt I was being more than generous, and said so-- he bickered back and forth a few times in email. I finally said that the present weekly hour limit was all I could do-- take it or leave it. He quickly came back (w/in about 10 minutes) and said no problem-- that was the last I heard of it.After that, for the remaining 2-3 weeks, he delivered promptly and on time, without any hiccups.I imagine that this tactic may be a common one-- put a low teaser rate out there and try to make it up by padding the hours required. It didn't bother me too much, after all the hourly rate is quite low to begin with-- but just be aware.
Well, Dan was a very co-operative and nice buyer. I quoted normal rate $3/hours. After one week, dan made some changes in listings ( i.e i use to collect data from listings in cragslist rate range b/w $ 1500 to $ 3000 but one week after he asked me to search listings in range from $800 to $ 3000, it increases in work load ). So, i asked him to increase week limit. I agree that he changed weekly limit without any dispute. Then for past 2-3 weeks works gone smoothly and i sent listings three times daily. I didn't missed even a single day in past one and half month. I really enjoyed working with dan. Even while ending this assignment paid me bonus. Thanks for everything. Let me tell you one thing, there is no tactic in bidding projects. It's unfair to make comments about money. This is last message from DAN:jagan,i am going to discontinue this project for a while. i am no longer looking for this apartment at the moment. i may resume again in the near future, and if so, i'll let you know! i really appreciate the help you've given me, and your dependability over the last month.thank you!dan. It shows you got worth for money you spent. Till now i am working for lower rate with all buyers and everyone happy with my work.
