ZeroTouchWare. In This company i am working as Progaramer since 2004.We using .Net Technology for this Project.My Part in this project is Adding the Ajac Future to the the web applications.For this i prepared a JAVASCRIPT TOOLS. The Pagemethos techniques are used for th Ajax Conversion.
TurnKey ISD implements extensive Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to capture all information related to a configuration item(CI) including the relations between different configuration items. A major challenge in Configuration Management is to decide on what level of CI granularity to capture in CMDB. SASU provides two special features, Group Level CIs and CI Copies to facilitate data management irrespective of CI granularity. SASU’s Configuration Management features include but not limited to the following.
CI Relations Relationships between configuration items like parent-child and peer-to-peer (connected to) can be capture d and graphically displayed.
CI Versioning and Base lining CI versioning is implemented to enable CI base lining. Feature for falling back to previous base line in case of issues is supported.
Audits SASU facilitate s periodical audits to configuration items. Audit reminders, audit reports, and audit comments are captured.
Group Level CIs can be created and members of the group can inherit the properties of the group. For example, if a group level created then all other windows servers can inherit the support information as the windows servers are supported by Sever support team. This feature will speed up the initial data entry as many servers of the same type exist in the company.
CI Copies Similar as sets can be maintained as copies to reduce the overhead of maintaining full information about each as set. For example, a software item like windows XP can be a single as set and all other windows XP software can be treated as individual copies , at the same time allowing each of them to be uniquely identified by its relationship to other assets (Sever) and/or its license information.
TurnKey ISD’s Change Management is an ITIL compliant technology solution that facilitates raising and recording of changes, assessing the impact, cost, benefit and risk of proposed changes, developing business justification and obtaining approval, managing and co-coordinating change implementation, monitoring and reporting on implementation, reviewing and closing RFCs. It also aids in the communication and collaboration between Change Initiators, Change Managers, Change Approvers and Change Implementers. It is highly flexible enough to customize the Change workflows to suit an organizations change processes, allow Approval delegates and Overrides along with enforce segregation of duties. Finally the solution is intuitive to use and have good integration capabilities and traceability features.
TurnKey ISD allows customers to configure the workflow. Different kinds of workflows with different stages can be setup for different purposes to suit organization's unique change requirements. For example, high priority emergency change can have Start, Review, Production phases where as high priority major change may have other stages like Build and Test. In addition to predefined stages customers can define their own new stages. Stage level options can also be setup like all major changes require apprivals by Change Advisory Board (CAB), in addition to the customizable changes as required by the business process or change processes with in the organization.
TurnKey ISD’s Incident Management allows for faster resolution of incidents to quickly restore normal business operations and reduce business impact. Incident resolution process is complex and time consuming. TurnKey ISD automates the process where possible and helps support personnel in other areas to reduce resolution time of the incident. Incident management simplifies the process of incident creation, classification, impact assessment, resource allocation, analysis, resolution, and closure. As the support resources are defined at asset level, resource identification and assignment is simplified.
TurnKey ISD’s Problem management is an ITIL compliant technology solution which not only facilitate solving problems reactively in response to one or more incidents but also proactively identify and solve problems and known Errors before Incidents occur, thus providing improved services to users. It also aids in the communication and collaboration of all persons needed to find the root cause of the error and to correct the error. It is highly flexible enough to customize the solution to suit your business by not only having the ability to define rules for escalation, notifications and trending incidents. Finally the solution is intuitive to use and have good integration capabilities and traceability features.
