Responsibilities include; Handling end to end HR functions
 Recruitment
1. Consolidate  Manpower requirements from head of Business, sanction and planning for the same. Coordinate & monitor end to end Recruitment process for all clients in various technologies, across various bands.
2. Spearheading meetings with various Hiring Managers. The role involves interaction with the Hiring Managers to understand the requirement and source best professionals in stipulated time constraint for the various requirements. 3. Scrutinizing, short listing of resumes from various sources including job portals, database, placement agencies and referrals within the shortest turnaround time.
4. Ensure timely & accurate data maintenance of employee's related data, Recruitment Tracking like Resumes generated, source, offers, declines etc.
5. Making / Closing of offers which include Salary Negotiation, Referral Check etc.   6. Handled team of  recruiters, assigning and ensuring the daily and monthly tasks. Employee Database, Recruitment Database, Periodical Work Review Reports-
1. Generate various reports on weekly, monthly & quarterly basis, Recruitment Analysis Report, Attrition Analysis report, HR Activity Report.
2. Facilitate the Reward & Recognition process.
Employee Relations -
1. Responsible for establishing various channels of communication with employees through- meeting with Seniors, Birthday Celebrations, Picnics/Outings, celebration of various cultural events, Sports day etc.
2. Day-to-day Operation control and Grievance Handling, staff issues/queries related to various HR Policies, confirmation/project end appraisals, Variable pays, benefits, Leaves and compensatory offs, Employee clearance, Exit Interview process, Deputation processes, Contract employees hiring & exit.
Operations Management -
1. Forecasting workload and scheduling staff to meet anticipated workload within scheduled turnaround time thereby enhancing efficiency. 2. Interacting with clients through e-mails and daily Conference Calls to review and resolve operational issues as well as implement new process & procedure change. 3. Conceiving/implementing short/long-term plans for achievement of process objectives. Establishing processes in line with organizational vision and strategic vision. 4. Conceptualizing and implementing stabilisation/industrialisation initiatives to standardize processes and uniformly implement. 5. Forming alliance with leading technology vendors  Workforce Management – 1. Workforce planning, Recruitment, Performance management and Management of excess staff (Bench) to ensure correct staffing levels in line with business needs. 2. Staff selection and appointment with appropriate functional and technical skills. Ensuring continuous Training to develop skill sets suitable for coping with a changing environment, products, and services. Retention of staff by providing clear and well-understood career paths and growth opportunities. 3. Maintaining an ergonomic working environment leading to a reduction in absence due to stress and sickness.  4. Ability to absorb contract staff seamlessly. Client Relationship Management – 1. Developing new clients and adding them to the existing client list. 2. Providing value added customer service to customers, giving information regarding various services and products offered and escalating satisfaction levels. 3. Monitoring the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level. 4. Responsible for Vendor Development, Evaluation, Rating & Certification, Technical & Commercial negotiations, Contract management etc. 5. Understanding client needs and customizes engagements accordingly with extensively researched unique service models to their specific requirements.  |
