In my career I was employed by several companies which include U-HAUL, Discover Card, Home Depot, and a Real Estate Service Department, startup dot coms. To summarize them here is what I did:


Responsible for ensuring that the companys customers receive an adequate level of service or help with their questions and concerns, through a variety of means by telephone by e-mail fax regular mail or in person. 


As a sales worker supervisors I ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods. They also answer customers’ inquiries, deal with complaints, and sometimes handle purchasing, budgeting, and accounting. provide day-to-day oversight of individual departments establish and implement policies, goals, and procedures


As a Purchasing managers, I buy the goods and services the company or institution needs to either resell to customers or for the establishment’s own use. I consider price, quality, availability, reliability, and technical support when choosing suppliers and merchandise. I try to get the best deal for their company, meaning the highest quality goods and services at the lowest possible cost to the companies.
