ASP is used throughout the Regional Shows website on a number of levels.  Among many other things, this website includes a custom 404 page for the purposes of creating user-friendly and search-engine-friendly URLs; specific contact forms for general, exhibitor, customer, and media inquiries; and custom e-commerce functionality.  Regional Shows also has the ability to edit certain aspects of the content themselves, such as the ability to add/delete/modify featured exhibitors and exhibitor profiles.

Symcor Services (www.symcor.com) - I worked as a Lockbox Associate in the wholesale division of a company that processed payments for Royal Bank of Canada, Toronto-Dominion Bank, and Bank of Montreal. 

My responsibilities included:

• Data entry
• Bookkeeping (matching invoices to paymentc, etc.)
• Mail sorting
• Quality control (error trapping, etc.)
• Working with team lead to improve productivity

I  worked as a non-commission salesperson, later promoted to manager of up to 4 employees, of a consumer home electronics and car audio store.  

Responsibilities included:

• Inventory control
• Sales of home electronics and car audio
• Managing car audio installers, booking installations, arranging for completion of work, etc.
• Programming cash registers
• Setup of point-of-sale terminals
• Manual VISA authorizations when necessary
• Cleaning/organizing of the store
• Product displays
• Wiring of non-standard electronic configurations (e.g. VCRs that were to be shared across multiple TVs, etc.)
• Product deliveries
• Packing/unpacking vehicles that were sent to various locations to sell outdoors as part of one-day special sales
