I have over fifteen years experience as a writer/researcher and a Programmer/Analyst. I began writing articles for the web over seven years ago. I have written computer application training manuals for customers. I have written computer programs, plays, radio scripts, film treatments, news articles, grants for non-profits, and press releases. . I have an extensive technology background, which means I understand and can write about past and present technology, and technological trends. I understand SEO, PPC, and SMM marketing. I can write about anything because I have excellent research skills. Customer is a word I like to use when working as a writer or a technology professional. My approach to both jobs is the same. First, I identify what it is that the customer wants, “requirements”. Second, I develop a plan to implement and produce the product or service as detailed in those requirements (deliverables).
