The Main objective of this project is to implement the transactions related to the Housing Loan through online.  This project was developed with HTML, Java Script & MS Access.

·        Dealt with VOIP Products

·        Guiding the Customers on the installation procedure of the wired / wireless routers, thru telephone

·        Provided consistent and effective Technical Support

·        Performed tasks answering customer inquiries and grievances received, via telephone or through correspondence and applications.

·        Interacted with customers; provided program information, rules, regulations, laws, procedures and policies.

Citibank is today’s pre-eminent financial services company, with some 200 million customer accounts in more than 100 countries.  CMS Computers Ltd., provided Facilities Management to Citibank.

Responsibilties:
·        Served as a coordinator between Support Engineers & end users initially, then been promoted as a FMS Engineer

·        Provided Application Support and Maintenance to end users.

·        Provided assistance to full time computer operators with tape backups and problem resolution

·        Direct responsibility to create, modify, update or deletion of the Domain Id.

·        Responsible for maintaining complete Inventory

·        Handled Audit Activities related to Information Security

·        Played a key role during the Information Security Audit by maintaining all the required documents
