Data Import- To captures details of User, Groups, Projects and User-Group membership from existing Application Tapestry and creates those (Users, Groups, User-Group membership etc.) on to various installation of JIRA application on different servers. Issue Creation by mail- To handling the various handler parameters mentioned in e-mail body while creating issue. My Contribution: Involved in development of various API’s to create Users, Groups, Projects and assigning Groups to User by using API’s provided by Atlassian and use them for various installation of JIRA. Mail-Sol (Integrated Mailing Solution Module)- This module deals with specific mailing requirements of corporate like mailing to defined set or type of customer contacts, mailing to all Lead contacts or Account Contacts etc. Various design features were- User specific generic mail storages, provisions for manipulating background HTML templates, message body. Market Intelligence (Competition Activities & Analysis)- The module gathers various types of competitor activities from the sales users and provides decision basis to market support people to devise appropriate strategy. Orders- Orders module captures the Customer Order details in conjunction with the most concurrent quotation. It also captures the supply condition of the customer order and the various direct order without any preprocess in the system.
