JJL Enterprises is a real estate company operating out of Costa Rica. I was responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's website as well as developing a number of internal PHP applications to help make the office more productive and efficient.Responsibilities included:Developing , using PHP/MySQL, the CMS backend for a popular real estate web site within the timeframe and budget provided.Developing a number of internal PHP application to maximize efficiency within the office.Performed Search Engine Optimization on a number of websites run by the company. Within a few weeks, all sites were listed on the first page of Google results for relevant keywords.Performed various other tasks, including administration of MS Access and SQL databases, maintenance of customer mailing lists, and setup of VOIP telephony hardware and software for customer call center.
