We have developed Healthcare solutions for clinics and nursing homes based in US. The system contains multiple modules developed on VB.NET and Windows Mobile platforms. SQL Server is used as backend. 

The MVC architecture uses web services to access database and solution is hosted on between multiple clinics connected with T1 lines. 

Nursing Home has Wi-Fi connectivity and all the PDA's are connected to DB using that infrastructure.

    BestRX Delivery integrates with BestRX Prescription Software and fetches data from that software and stores in an XML which in the end is transferred to the Windows Mobile based PDA and then carried by the driver. Driver then delivers the prescrpition to the customer and takes his signature through PDA and stores the same in XML. The same signature can be used by the software to regenrate the copy of it in order to verify the signature.

While the majority of those nursing home admissions will be for a short term (less than a year), about a quarter will stay longer than a year. Typically, coverage for nursing costs requires an individual who is unable to perform two or more of the six basic ADLs. Where elder patients being treated for long term period for specific treatment, example if a patient is having a diabetes need a special treatment will be admitted to nursing home for specific amount of period (more then 1 month).Hospitals are expensive for any person leaving in USA, therefore they usually operate them selves in hospitals and goes back to nursing home for rest and treatments.Nursing home consist of providers as well as M.A. & C.N.A(Certified Nursing Assistant) in India they called “Ayaa”. 

    3) Hospitals: - Hospitals are the higher then all both with having all different kind of
    specialists. As I said earlier hospitals are for operating on the patients and giving them treatment. We have been working in Healthcare system since last 4 years.

And when they were approached by a middle-east client to develop a similar to Petpooja for Kuwait they decided it was time for Ahmedabadis to go net-savvy. 

    A lot of brainstorming and discussions ensued and now months later their toil is reaping results. All the restaurants have been approached and convinced personally by one of the four Directors.
